Once your service request has been accepted and confirmed, this represents a contract agreement between you (the user or the customer) and the service provider. The service provider has the exclusive responsibility for this request. Service payments are made directly to the service provider upon fulfilling the request. You will get a payment confirmation via email/SMS within 24hours of the receipt of the payment. If you have chosen to pay via credit or debit card on the Site, then the transaction is processed by itsmyportfolio as a representative of the service provider. Charges are calculated per request and based on the financial policy of the individual service provider. Any fees or bills will be displayed clearly in your Request Summary. About poor service delivery, the terms of refund belong to the individual service provider. itsmyportfolio does not undertake any responsibility for disputes, due to disappointing service delivery. itsmyportfolio considers customer satisfaction as a matter of utmost importance. Under no circumstance shall itsmyportfolio issue any cash refund to any customer or user, but the funds will be refunded to the user's electronic wallet for future use. All request for refunds should be submitted not later than 30 days after the actual service payment has been made or the service delivered.
